What the hell is going on with this network it has been off in the Chester area since this afternoon, cannot send any text messages or even make phone calls what a total waste o ftime hope you are proud of your o2 and all those eyebrows that are earning mega bucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes. O2 has experienced a major network outage today. It has affected people across the country. O2 are working on it and many areas are now back on. Some have found if they switch their phone to 2G they can text and call. Keep checking the status here

Things do go wrong and with the best will in the world's no network can guarantee that they won't. Try a complaint but they will probably point you to the t&c's. I would suggest anyone running a business should have a backup, either a landline or cheap P&G with another network.
