Hi, i have a blackberry and normally i get a text about the 20th every month to say i need to top up to get my next months free texts or whatever but i usually wait until i have to pay for texts and then use my credit then top up. Then it normally gives me £10 credit but then takes £5 of for like bbm or what ever and then i have the other credit to use for calls becuase it gives me free texts and some internet. Well this month i got to the 7th until i needed to top up and topped up £10 but its still charging me for texts....why?

You only get your free allowance on your anniversary date and the amount you top up in the previous month dictates the allowance you get. Topping up before your anniversary date won't give you your allowance any earlier.

The only time your anniversay date would change would be if you topped up late and then that top up date would be your new anniversary date.
