Hello. I have a problem with my SIM Pay and go. I bought sim in Tuesday and it worked for one day and now I can just receive SMS and calls but cannot call or text or use internet. Could you help me please ? 😕

Have you tried sim in another phone?
Also check your postcode here for network issues http://status.o2.co.uk/

I don´t understand, i tried another phone but when I call it write me that I need top up my SIM. But I paid 10 pounds in Tuesday and sended just 4 sms so what does it mean ?

Is it a big bundle sim where by you top up & pay for allowances in  mins, text & data? 

 

Look in your myo2 to see what tariff you are on

Can you call cs on 4445 to check if your credit was added?

If so, it may have been used on data but cs will confirm it.
