Hi, my daughter gave me her old iPhone, how can I transfer my balance onto a new 02 sim from my old 02 sim

Baz, you need to boot up the phone holding home key plus volume up, then hold power key. This will boot you into recovery where you can choose to clear cache.

Cheers i'll try that in a mo,heres my plan,if i get my wifes old phone in Safe Mode and,

then delete the Play Shop app,thats the one i click on and it says,Server Error,then

Google Play Shop and put a fresh app on the phone,that might work,

what does  the team think.

You can't download Play if you delete it I'm afraid.
Apart from it not been a downloadable app you wouldn't have play store to go into to...
The only way is to download the apk off the net but you'd need to be rooted as Play store is a system file.
Clear cache first and if that doesn't help, go for the full factory reset (from the same recovery menu as above).

Ok just done cache,no change,if i do FFR will i lose,contacts,pictures,text messages,

Heres a look at both phones,the only extra app is Whatsapp on both phones,it may

help you to see what i'm talking about.My crap ones in Red lol

Yes, it will wipe everything off the phone.
You can make a full back up with Kies first.....

Small internal storage space and lots of left over fragmented files from previous installing/uninstalling apps.

Cheers, not to sure where the apps bit comes in,only ever loaded

Whatsapp and Facebook,when the memory became full, i gibbed

F.book,because i could'nt receive text messages,

So how do i clear fragmented files.Please.

I'm going to leave Back to Factory till all else fails
