Hi, my daughter gave me her old iPhone, how can I transfer my balance onto a new 02 sim from my old 02 sim

Try dialing *#9900# and choose "clear dumpstate logs". If your level of firmware allows it, it will clear some space, but as jonsie has said it's very limited on this phone anyway.

On it now mine does'nt say clear dumpstate logs

the only thing with dumpstate is,

run dumpstate/logcat ,whatever that means

It was worth a try but it's not on every firmware 😞

No worries - I'm not familiar with the Ace 3 so rather than do something wrong I'll go for the safe option....

on the above link to no avail,so if i get my mobile in OS setting can
