Same as the first answer mate.
Contact O2 or go in store and then do a sim swap (or ask in store for them to do it for you).
Make sure you get the correct one either PAYG or contract as they are different.

Hi @Anonymous and welcome.

Quickest and easiest is to pop into your local o2 shop. They will do a sim swap from your old sim to a new one with your existing number and the best bit is its free.

Please note a sim swap can take up to 24 hours to complete although in practice o2 to o2 usually only takes minutes.

Now i'm on a roll,i wonder if you can offer

any advice on this problem,but its nothing

to do with 02,my wife has a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3

it worked fine up till a couple of weeks ago,now

she cant get on Play Shop (server error) to download

any apps,it also keeps saying memory full,but theres

nowt on the phone,d'you think i would be within my

rights to take it back,to the Carphone warehouse,where

we bought it,but the contracs with O2.

Try clering out the cache and getting rid of any apps she doesn't use. There's not much internal memory to store things on the Ace.

Thanks for the reply,tried everything in the book and more,still

(well i wont swear) useless,she only has the apps that are loaded,

and u cant bin them.
