Hi, my daughter gave me her old iPhone, how can I transfer my balance onto a new 02 sim from my old 02 sim

You just need to get the appropriate sim from O2 (online or in store or call CS) and do a sim swap.

my monthly contract ends end of september 2014 i would like to keep my old phone can i get a pay as you go texts calls wifi without rebnewing the sim?

If you switch to pay as you go you will have to get a new sim (they are different) but if you change to a Simplicity Sim only deal you can keep the same one.

I will look at the simplicity deal thankyou, is that a binding contract for exampleif my old phone was not to work could i end the simplicity deal and start a new contract ?

You can choose a 1 month rolling sim only deal so you are never tied in or a 12 month one which ties you in for 12 months but you can upgrade to a new full contract after 3 months if you wish.....
The 12 month deals work out cheaper than the 1 month ones...
