Solved: New order accepted or not?

hello i recently just ordered a htc on a 24 month contract and i have done all the details got an email saying welcome to 02 but it has been an hour and i have not recieved the dispacthed email have i been accpted confused ?

You won't get a dispatch email immediately as your order will have to be processed and sent to the relevant department for picking and packing etc, but, if you are wanting any further confirmation use the attached link to contact CS via one of the methods listed http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Also look in your spam e mail folders as sometimes they drop into there. 😄

If the welcome email went into the inbox then any despatch email will also go there.
