New number

I've just been issued with a new number due to being scammed.  I need to change the number on my account from my old one to my new.   Can someone tell me how to do it?   I have the new number ready to enter, but just can't find the correct place to do it slight_smile   Help!

Wellllll, that was quick!   Number received, new account just set up on here (apparently couldn't use the old one) so ready to go.   Fantastic Now why didn't that happen last night 😞

Thanks for the support as definitely needed someone sane to talk to last night.  Will pop back and let you know how things go.   Just be careful out there as, cautious as I am with the techie stuff, I even got caught on this one.

Glad you're sorted - what was it that happened to you?

Seeing as I've had to re-register I've had to have a new user name for hereBang

What happened was someone got hold of my mobile no. and tried to set up a mobile banking account in my name.  Then I had a call the same evening, supposedly from my bank, informing me that someone was trying to access my bank account and take money out.    I won't go into all the details on here but if you appear to have a call from your bank - the phone number showing on the phone is the actual number for the bank - phone your bank from a different number to confirm if its genuine.
