NEED HELP

Hello, ive just topped up and got a new tariff, unlimited texts and calls, but when i text its taking balance away from the £15.00, when normally it puts it to £00.00, but when i rang 4444 and check what tariff I am using its says ive got the unlimited calls and texts, does this mean ive got them and can let my credit run down and I will carry on getting unlimited texts and calls?

Hi, it sounds like your new tariff hasn't kicked in yet. Not sure how it works these days, but you have to get to your "anniversary date" before the change comes into effect. Your usual top up date is your anniversary date & when you pass this date it will change. (I think) Graham :smileywink:

Everything will be OK in the end. If it isn't OK, then it's not the end!!
