I recently signed up for Sim only and was told that at that time there was a discount and the monthly cost would be £10 plus pence( I'm not sure the correct amount). However when checking my account I notice that I am charged the price before discount. Can you explain this discrepancy.

It will come off your bill as an adjustment.
Your MyO2 will always display the full non discounted price.

Normally discounts only show up on your bill I would check that when it is produced, if no discount shows ring customer services 202 early in the morning just after 8am

Mine is a £3.00 loyalty discount but shows as £2.50 as that is after the VAT has been deducted.
