I have been trying to change my 02 bolt-on and it will not change then taken money off me for another bolt on what I didn't ask for. I have been trying to get my bbm back on for the last 5 months and it will not let me, As its just taking the fest of my credit off me.

Hi there,

the best thing is to contact o2 via phone, don't use live chat, chat is only good for basic enquiries, best to speak to someone from CS over the phone

This is a customer to customer forum so only o2 can sort your issue out

As has been said you really need to contact customer services via 4445 why have you put up with something not working for 5 months and not contacted anyone
