I got an upgrade which was not suitable, I left it back at your stains branch. I rang your customer services and cancelled the upgrade contact keeping my old contact. On receiving my bill today I see I'm being charged the upgrade contract. Please help.

Unfortunately only customer service can help you with this so you need to call them again. It may be that the phone hasn't been scanned back into stock yet.

Hey @Anonymous how are you getting on, did you get anywhere with the bill issue in the end with CS?
