After much thought, I decided to change to a monthly contract, so I'm pretty much new to contracts. I have just received my first bill and noticed a section called 'My Monthly Extras' and haven't a clue what this is. Going round in circles trying to find it on the site and I'm pretty annoyed to have this which wasn't advertised when I signed up. Can anyone help?
