Moving Number and allowance to new Pay & go phone

Hope someone can help...
I have just bought a new phone and wish to transfer my number and pay & go go go allowance over to it. Unable to just swap sims as going from a 'Nano Sim' to a 'Micro sim' only device any idea how I transfer my allowance and number across as I don't wish to have a new number or have to restart building my pay and go go go allowance.

Many thanks slight_smile

Either go to a O2 shop and they'll swap for you or use a free adapter from the shop which makes the nano sim into a micro one.

You can also perform the swap yourself here http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk after picking up the account specific SIM card from O2 shop if you want to do it yourself

The process moves your number and tariff and credit over.

Takes from a few minutes up to 24 hours to settle. Turning the phone off and in throughout this process helps the reset.
