Missed my o2 payment on the 17th , tried to contact customer serves but i did noy get thru.

You need to keep trying I'm afraid and call not use live chat.

The problem is that the system is automated and whatever customer service tell you, it seems no one can override the automated process. Easy to say that direct debit is the way to go and peoples circumstances differ and are subject to change. The only way to get the phone unbarred is to call o2 but they will probably need some partial payment at the very least. Under extreme circumstances they will put a payment plan in place but won't reconnect the phone until full payment has been received. Hard cold facts I'm afraid.

@Anonymous This is a customer to customer forum. You need to follow the suggestions that @jonsie has given you. Just because you couldn't get through to customer service doesn't give you a pass. You need to keep trying until you do.

Never tried it but it is valid and as someone mentioned paying in via bank?
