Migration reversal

Anonymous
Not applicable
I recently requested a number swap on 2 of my contracts. It was done incorrectly. Only 1 migrared and my other contract was disconnected! Ive rang customer service many times since Dec 1st and it was suggested that the best plan if action would be to reverse the migration. And this would take 4hrs to do....well I'm still waiting 5days later! Not happy!!!! I've been a o2 customer for over 10years!

Seems like one big mess @Anonymous, call and keep calling until someone takes ownership and actually does something to resolve it. In any case I think a complaint is justified!

If you tried to swap numbers between 2 sim cards you will have lost one number completely.
A reversal won't help but it may be possible with a lot of backroom fiddling to retrieve the number (as it only was lost recently).
There are ways of doing what you want but not just by simply swapping numbers over.
