I am in Canada and traveled through Heathrow on the 7th. I lost a phone and have tried to contact Pay & Go customer service. The Phone numbers do not work outside the UK. So I have emailed them yesterday and have not heard back. There is no email confirmation that they received my email. I have tried Web chat, but no representative is on line. I can log on to my O2 and see that my balance has not been used .
Is there a phone # that works outside the UK for Pay & Go customer service?

From Canada the country codes work as follows:
011 + 44 + City Area Code + Number
when I dial 011 44 844 809 0222, The recording is the number is not in service. I am calling from a landline.
I have tried the Monthly pay (011 44 844 809 0202) and business numbers (011 44 844 8090 200) and they all are not in service.
I have emailed a second time and still no response.
Have you any other number that is a more general number that will work?

I hope you get through so you can have your remaining payg credit moved to a new sim card and the irig sim voided
If you have the phones imei then they can have a go at blocking the phone although if it's no longer in the uk then the block won't hold.

The two emails sent through O2's website did not work not good and disappointing.
