Which is best way to cancel and pay off phone plan . Is it online by phone or doing it in store thanks .

Phoning CS on 202 would be your best bet, followed by a letter unless you are using a PAC in which case contract will end so no letter required.

You will need to call 202 to pay off the phone plan. If you want to keep your number, request a PAC at the same time and give it to your new network. If you don't want to keep your number, send a recorded delivery letter giving notice.

Thanks everybody I thought it would be easier to do it fac e to face instead of over the phone . Anyway I will have to go into town to do it as no signal at home lol

I always call up as they have an opportunity to offer your a much better deal. Always with knowing what they can offer you.
