LG G3 Phone Issue.

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I have this issue with my LG G3 (D855) which I purchased October last year. Every time I put in headphones it seems to change the track if I make a slight movement really annoying especially during gym and jogging. Same issue reported here by users. http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/help/headphone-jack-slight-knocks-change-t2813754

I have tried several headphones but all product same issue.

Anyone got similar issue?

Thanks

Asim

Warranty is European, so you can take it to LG, O2, Carphone Warehouse or anywhere else approved by LG, but my advice would be LG directly.

Probably a good idea to contact LG about it http://www.lg.com/uk/support

I wouldn't ...I would, as @MI5 suggested, give LG a call....

The warranty lies with the manufacturer if you have a faulty device ...so I believe

Definitely the best advice. O2 repairers will tell you it's water damage and it will either be chargeable or be sent back to you to then send to the manufacturer.
