What problems have they fixed for you? Since you joined this forum, all you've ever done is complain about how you can't get a decent signal with O2, but you can with EE and with T-Mobile. What good is customer services if you can't get a signal? What reason is there to stay with a network if it doesn't work for you?
And please, I really don't need the mentions. They just clutter up my inbox.
