When I try using International Favourites my minutes I get a message on my mobile saying 'all rejected'. On the O2 site, when I then go to 'manage my International Favourites Bolt on', I receive an INCORRECT error message saying : 'Sorry – you don’t have enough Top Up credit to start using the International Favourites Bolt On yet' . I have enough credit and enough (770) minutes till my next deduction Mid March. Can anybody shed some light in this please?

I think only customer service can really help with this specific problem. The webpages for both International Favourites and Family bolt on are notoriously temperamental and have been for months if not years.
