Hey folks im Ricky, im actually a three customer contract and have been for several years. However my new home has virtually zero signal but apparently my area code is due for servicing...I hold my breath 3 months after they told me this! Anyway I bought an HTC pay and go with O2 to keep me ticking over in the meantime but for love nor money I cant get online or even use built in apps such as facebook or youtube. Im registered but could someone give me any pointers please?? Cheers.

Try texting the word "Active" to 2020.
Save the settings that get sent back then reboot.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Anonymous Welcome to the forum

If the above doesn't do the trick then have a look at this guide...

@Anonymous You could also try installing the Three In Touch app on your main phone. It's the same as O2's TuGo application, allowing you to make calls and send texts over WiFi using your normal monthly allowance.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Three also do (or at least did) a home hub that plugs into your home broadband router and creates a virtual mobile network in your home.
