How do you cancel?

Anonymous

Hi folks,

How on earth do you cancel?

Just been kept waiting 37 minutes on the phone to get through to cancellations. (Option 2 I think it was)

Sorry, but I can't sit on the phone for an hour just to talk to someone.

Would cancelling the direct debit and just waiting for them to write to me be the way to go?

I've got the money sat here to give them.

Cheers

Number porting takes usually 48 hours but you are actually migrating the number from one platform to another which in essence is similar to a sim swap and should be done within 24 hours.

So the phone call went smoothly today apart from my termination fee quote which is more expensive than I was told last time.. but really I just want this resolved now so I will pay anything.

All done and dusted, just waiting for my current SIM to lose signal and go to phone heaven... grin

I've only got 2 x 4's and both came with a tool.
Don't know about 5s but I would expect them to come with one - Plenty on eBay if you've lost it and need one.....?

I was just worrying cause mine didn't come with one and with my eBay sale ending soon I just needed to make sure... tis strange but I think it was the case that they didn't include one with the 5S
