Help required - I have lost data

Hi,

 

I bought a mobile wi Fo Dongle with 5Gb data for 90 days

I did not use all of it but a couple of days before expiry I bought a 1Gb top up.

Howver I now onloy have 1Gb... why did I lose teh rest? How do I get it back..

 

Can someone pelase advise.

I can only assume the pre loaded data has expired, leaving you with the 1Gig you bought - I don't believe O2 roll data over.

It will have expired after the 90 days. Likewise the 1GB will expire after 30 days.

They used to roll data over but stopped it in April this year.....
