I come in desperate time because I can't solve my problem neither O2.
Here's the problem:
I bought a Galaxy S2 last year pay monthly but in my friend name because my credit check wasn't accepted. Now my friend (account holder) had to go to Senegal because his Visa experied. Because I was in holidays and a forgotten we didn't change the account holder a bank details.
My friend wants to close the uk account so we need to change everything.
I went to a O2 store and they told me that we needed to call costumer service and make a conference call between me my friend and O2 to make that changes. So we call them and they said that I couldn't be in that call, so I hang up and my friend talked with them and they said that we needed ask in a store for a "Bank mandate" to send to Senegal so he could fill that and send. I went to a O2 store and they said that they could't give me that. They said that we had to call O2 so they would sent that "Bank mandate" to Senegal wich I think it's gonna take ages!!! Went to another O2 store and they told me AGAIN that we had to make a conference call again........
I spend allready lot of money to call Senegal and O2.
Here is my question: what I have to do really to change the contract and bank details?
I need to do this ASAP or else my friend will cancel the account and my SIM and phone will be blocked...
