I was using a Pay & Go simplicity SIM card for a year (Sept 11 - Aug 12). I am planning to get back to the UK this September, however it seems that my O2 is not working as I cannot top up my credit. I still have my SIM.
When do O2 accounts cancel due to no use or no top-up?
Am I still able to use my SIM and the same number again? If yes, how?

You will have to phone and get the number checked to see if it's still available.
Normally O2 will cancel it and recover the number if no calls are made for 6 months, if so your MyO2 account may have been closed too.
