Haven't being able to get internet on O2 phone for 20 month

Awfull use to get internet on phone but for 20 month being unable to and this is as close as I have gotten to communicate with 02. Disgrace don't get 02 contract phone what ever you do.

I am amazed you have gone for 20 months without complaining if honest? Any reason why you can't get internet?

Why have you waited this long to do something about it?

I'm guessing your near the end of your contract? What phone do you have so we can advise you more

Or you could just pay off the remainder now & upgrade then ask the advisor to set your internet for you

Not sure it's worth the bother. If the OP used to be able to get the internet....but hasn't for the last 20 months I bet they are near contract end...:smileywink:

It was a windows phone worked fine first month but stopped working when I went to Spain on holiday. Just waiting for July when contract expires
