Have I been accepted

So I order a new monthly phone yesterday , I have to tick a load of agrements at the end of order...then I received lots of emails like terms and conditions and legal documents etc then last one was a email confirmation containing a order number and my collection reference number and it says they will be in touch when my order is in store? Does this mean I passed and my order is accepted ? ?

Just give CS a quick call on 0844 847 0202 (or 202 from your mobile if you have an existing O2 phone) and they'll be able to confirm straight away. slight_smile
