Can anyone tell me what they will be asking for other than my name and phone number?
Also, since I am on Pay & Go and don't have a landline, what number should I call? Are there any particular operating times?
You need to pass the normal security check, the numbers and opening times are in "Contact us" at the base of every page on this site.
A couple of letters from your memorable word and how much you last topped up by can be asked for.

From your mobile just call Customer Services on 202 if you're Pay Monthly for free or 4445 if you're Pay & Go which is a chargeable call.
