I'm in the Czech Republic trying to sort out a probelm for my daughter in the Uk who has had her phone stolen.
I cannot get though on the website to get help.
The quoted phone number to use when abroad 'does not exist' when dialled.
I can't even get through to make a complaint. I will when I get back to the UK.
Either I'm doing something wrong or my long held belief that O2 is the best service has been totally misplaced.
Solved! Go to Solution.

@Anonymous Are you the account holder on your daughter's phone or is she? Your daughter can report the theft to O2, but the account holder needs to report the theft also. It must be done asap. Any charges made to that number are the account holder's responsibility until the phone is reported stolen and a block put on the account.
