Call early morning, it's the best time, or go instore to upgrade.

Don't bother upgrading over the phone. Go instore & walk out with a shiny new phone within 10 minutes

After being with O2 for around 20 years the upgrade options are pathetic.

Totally unhelpful on the phone and no point in going instore as staff LIE and cannot offer you anything but the pathetic deals displayed. O2 just do not value existing customers only interested in getting new ones.

I certainly haven't experienced that in my local O2 store. I have always had the best service and never found anyone lying to me. The stock levels they carry are also excellent

I completely agree.

I recently upgraded and my early upgrade fee was wiped off by my local store.
