Free jabra sports pulse headphones..

Hello guys

I prefer ordered the Samsung Edge S7 on the 30gb monthly refresh tariff.

It's been 16 days since my contract was activated and I STILL can't redeem the free headphones.

Had anyone even managed to succeed yet?

All I get is:

Thank you for trying to redeem your Jabra Sport Pulse Wireless headphones. The IMEI number you have entered is either invalid or you have not waited the 14 days to redeem. For more information, please refer to the terms and conditions.

Any ideas?

So if there is no phone how do you know the IMEI number to claim the headset?

He has the phone, just somebody at o2 forgot to actually allocate it to his account I'm guessing.

If that is the case I guess Kondor will be waiting a long time for the IMEI to be validated....

Exactly the problem - It never will be as O2 systems don't think the upgrade ever happened.

No i did upgrade in-store, just the numpty who did the upgrade messed it all up, so my account doesnt actually show a valid upgrade, O2 CS say i still have the Xperia Z2 when in fact I sold that to O2 in part of the upgrade process.

 

So i am sat with a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge but according to my account my device is still an Xperia Z2 lol.

 

This is the thing, its confusing as hell and i highly doubt im gonna end up getting these headphones, in which case I will be back in touch with the Complaints team (for about the 5th time since my upgrade)
