Could someone tell me why when my O2 tells me I have the £20 pay as you gogo tarif Im getting charged for texts and calls?? Only joined yesterday!!!

Might be best to call 4445 or use live chat to have your account checked.

Most likely that the system hasn't yet caught up. Should settle down in a day or two. If not give cs a call on 4445 to check the status and settings of your account

also got a giffgaff sim so be using that all times now

What do i do if the top up voucher doesn't work? It says the system is undergoing some sort of work i think. Not been able to use it since i bought it on the 12th. Help pls feels like a waste of a tenner!
