E-Top Up Cards - Availability

Anonymous
Not applicable

The page:

http://www.o2.co.uk/topup

says that one of the ways to top up is via E-Top Up card. But the card itself is

just out of stock...

I checked several places in Yorkshire inc. O2 stores and it's just unavailable.

So is the information on the above web page relevant?

The advisors on online chat only send a link to a store locator, but they say

they are not in a position to check the availability. So the link is useless....

How lovely!

You should be able to pick these up from any O2 high street shops , free of charge and then register it to your O2 account.

You could ring ahead to the stores in your area to ensure they have stock.

I'm sure I've got a few lying around if you get desperate....

I already ordered two E-Top Up cards from Amazon:

The pack arrived today. There were 2 SIM cards inside but no E-top up cards. So disappointing!
I would appreciate it very much if you could send me 2 or 3 E-top up cards. They are for my friends.
Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry but we are ALL Customers here like you.

I'm sure I've a couple hanging around but it's against forum policy to divulge personal info such as postal addresses.

Maybe contacting Amazon to explain the missing e top up cards.

Or follow my suggestion and ring your local O2 shops.

Are the alternative options to top up no use ?

Well, I spoke to one of O2 managers the other day and she called a number of O2 shops and they said they'd done away with them some time ago.

The free O2 sims I've ordered from here have had them in the welcome pack on occasion.
