I've been disconnected and I've paid my bill how do I get reconnected there was a problem with my bank account so I had to get a knew one so I have to set up a new direct debit any help would much appreciated thank you

I suppose it depends where you live. Two of my relatives teach at private schools and they do go back earlier...but not till after the BH.......but who knows what arrangements are in place elsewhere?

I must admit it's odd on a bank holiday I work in a private school and the kids start back tomorrow

I spoke to live chat who told me it should be no problem I just have to phone them which I will do tomorrow x
