DPD Tracking number not working?

I upgraded online yesterday and today I was given a tracking number.

 

However this number is not recognised on the DPD website - does anyone know why this would be happening?

Hi

O2 also uses DPD, that's what I.was told by customer services a while ago. As mentioned, try tracking after midnight.

Just out of interest, how long does Click and Collect usually take? I ordered on Sunday, so could I expect it tomorrow?

It all depends if the item ordered is in stock or not.....

I am having the same issue - order states it was dispatched yesterday however when i have tried to tack this on DPD website today it does not return anything?
