Just got an call from 08452930018 asking if i want to upgrade my contract early for £73 (im due in 3 months for a free upgrade). Said no thanks i will wait and that was that

Would that have been from o2, or some other 3rd party company trying to get me to sign up with them? Googling the number some claim its o2 others from companies like Carphone Warehouse. Either way i would rather upgrade in store

@Cleoriff can you help? I'm no longer an official O2 customer, so my access to the page is limited now.

It used to be in your myo2 via the link at the top of the forum.

List of options On the left and choose My choices.

Exactly the same for me. It tells me I can Edit my Preferences' and then I can't find a link to do any editing slight_frown

I changed mine a few months back and haven't needed to check it again...

Maybe ring O2 on 202 as suggested and let them turn this preference for you.

Or you could try Online Live Chat http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus at a push but I'd try 202 first.

If your phone has a call blocking facility in its settings then add that number to stop any further calls.

You're welcome. If you do contact Customer Service, don't do it via Live Chat. They are outsourced, and have a very poor reputation dealing with anything to do with customer's accounts.
