Charged for calls i didnt make!

I have just received my latest bill and i have been charged for 4 international calls i havent made.

My bill is a little higher than normal as i have been to Greece so added a bolt on. I did a day trip to Turkey but knowing it would cost me a fortune to use my phone i turned my roaming off and didnt use it while i was over there. Yet i have been charged for 4 phone calls i know i didnt make.

Ive tried to speak to an adviser but they were no help at all, they dont seem to understand that, yes it says i made the calls but i didnt actually phone anyone. I have no idea who the numbers even belong to!

Im sick of repeating myself and getting nowhere!!

As Bambino says, we can't help with billing issues, but if CS can't help you you can raise a complaint and the charges will be investigated.

The other thing we see a lot is cross border roaming (accidental roaming) this happens a lot on Greek islands near to the Turkish coast. The only way to prevent it is to enable manual network selection and select a Greek network. I am not suggesting this is the cause but it may have happened.

Are the numbers international numbers or uk mobile looking numbers and what is the country code showing next to them on the bill

How much are the charges? Do they relate to o2 Travel? Were the calls definitely international?
