I find it a little alarming that many people think they are liasing with customer service when they register. @Toby could there be some sort of information on the registration page so that customers are aware exactly what this community is all about?

Hey @jonsie,

We can look into that yes. It says this at the moment, "Get help with devices, apps and other O2 services. And chat to the rest of the O2 Community, even if it’s not phone related." We can look into perhaps adding a mention of 'other customers' or something like that :).
