Cant access "My mobile bill" tab

Hi

Every time I click on My mobile bill link it goes to a page

Sorry, we can't find your mobile number...

We can't find any record of your mobile number on this account. Try updating your personal details and then come back and try again.

 

I tried to update it several times and nothing.

Happens to me too, just got back from Australia and I'm shocked at how bad O2 are, I thought Vodafone AU were bad, but they shine in comparison.

 

I've been trying unsuccessfully to add a Bolt on to my number, but the website just doesn't work and calling customer services just puts you into a ridiculous loop without giving you the option of actually adding a bolt on or talking to an actual person.

 

Given the shocking lack of customer service, inspite of the 3 other people with the same issue I doubt we'll be getting a response or fix from O2.

Yup i got this aswell, its really working out good for O2, they change my bolt on so unlimited texts is now 500 texts, and i cant actually access anything to change my bolt on to something less crap....thanks guys, smooooooth
