Happens to me too, just got back from Australia and I'm shocked at how bad O2 are, I thought Vodafone AU were bad, but they shine in comparison.
I've been trying unsuccessfully to add a Bolt on to my number, but the website just doesn't work and calling customer services just puts you into a ridiculous loop without giving you the option of actually adding a bolt on or talking to an actual person.
Given the shocking lack of customer service, inspite of the 3 other people with the same issue I doubt we'll be getting a response or fix from O2.

Yup i got this aswell, its really working out good for O2, they change my bolt on so unlimited texts is now 500 texts, and i cant actually access anything to change my bolt on to something less crap....thanks guys, smooooooth
