My contract is over tomorrow, I wanna cancel as it's cheaper to just get a new contract. What O2 offer directly is overpriced

The deal I've seen is actually also on O2, how do I keep my number... As it's the same network?

Get your new contract then call cs on 202 to transfer your number and cancel your old account.

Your contract that finishes tomorrow will carry on as a monthly rolling contract until you get your new contract. There will be an overlap of charges from the old to the new.

You will need to give O2 notice so you can swap your number to the new contract.

Your old account will cancel as soon as you transfer the number but your final bill will include the 30 day notice period.

Do not cancel the direct debit on your old contract until the final bill has cleared.

Can I get the code on live chat? My o2 signal at home is poor, and landlines isn't free 😞

No need for a code, it's just a transfer and I suggest you go somewhere where you can call to avoid a mess up.
