Cancelling

My contract is over tomorrow, I wanna cancel as it's cheaper to just get a new contract. What O2 offer directly is overpriced

The deal I've seen is actually also on O2, how do I keep my number... As it's the same network?

You don't need a code. You're not changing networks. I wouldn't rely on Live Chat for anything to do with an account. If your signal is poor at home, travel to where the signal is strong and call customer service on 202. It's a free call.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Not required as I said before.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes, you'll need to or else you won't have anywhere to transfer your number to wink
