I want to cancel my phone contract, as I have left UK now(not able to call or write to O2). How to do that? By the way, my contract will end next month, will it stops automatically?

No, it becomes a 30 day rolling contract until you give 30 days notice to cancel.
You can use Chat or phone in, see "Contact us" at the bottom of the page.

Hi I am in Mexico and need to cancel my contract as it runs out next month. I have tried all the numbers several times from my Mexican sim and my o2 sim and they all say "your call cannot be connected at this time, please try again later." My mum has been into o2 and they said I have to cancel it myself but I can't contact o2!! They told me to use the chat function but I can't find chat anywhere on the website - how do I find it and speak to someone?? Many thanks, Jodie
