Hey guys, So i ordered a IPhone 5s on wednesday and i got the email saying that the orders been placed, i got the order number and i got another email saying that it's being processed, but my problem is that it isn't appearing in my orders on the 02 website, and how long does it usually take to process, because I'm scared to order it again and aciddentally end up paying for 2 phones...

Once dispatched you will get tracking details and it will show in your MyO2.
If you are at all worried call CS to check the status.

It may well be out of stock. Don't order it again just call customer service.
