I bought a blackberry bolt-on on my Pay&Go sim and 5 pounds has been taken from my balance, next day I noticed that the BB service is not working, when I checked myO2 I haven't found the bolt-on and on phone it says you don't have any bolt-on!!! whats wrong?? any one can help?

You really need to speak to O2 to see what has happened. It may be that it doesn't start until your anniversary date or something could have gone wrong with the system. Call them or use the chat option link just below.
