Yes you can change it by calling 202 and choose a date that's more beneficial for you.  However you may not be able to change it for this billing cycle unless there are 5-6 working days before payment is due.

Call CS and discuss it asap, you don't want a failed payment on your first bill.
You can make a manual payment and then adjust the DD date for next month or borrow the money for the first bill to come out automatically.
