I have 2x 02 mobile phones on payg. I want to use auto top up but system will only let me do that on one phone. Is that the case?

Edited to add...On one rare occasion I had two payg phones on the go (for about 6 months) I used a debit card which I had registered first ...and topped up using 4444

Call cs on 4445 to tie both accounts to your card first - it should work ok then.
