Just wondered if anyone has had any luck with Consumer Direct or Ofcom in relation to the 'Unlimited texts and Internet' not being Unlimited?
I've had a letter from o2 saying Trading Standards had been in touh with them regarding my complaint.....
Basically said tough we don't care and made out they were doing it for customers benefit

clause 13 Unlimited allowances are subject to an excessive usage policy.
Always been there.
That is why o2 are not bothered. and the asa allows this sort of thing to happen in advertising the product

I've also contacted the asa as o2, as well as others, are deliberatley misleading customers

but they did not amend any terms just applied the fair use policy.
I do not work for o2 but if you feel that bad did you follow o2's complaints procedure.

Its unfair to discriminate against people because of the actions of others.
