Just seen this https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go/ might be some help to some one

To get 50% extra data on top of your standard Big Bundle tariff allowance for two months you will be entitled to 50% extra UK data on top of your standard data allowance as follows:

£10 Big Bundle= 250MB extra in addition to 500MB standard; £15 Big Bundle = 500MB extra in addition to 1GB standard; £20 Big Bundle = 1GB extra in addition to 2GB standard; or £25 Big Bundle = 2GB extra in addition to 4GB standard (each an “Extra Allowance”).

If you are a New Customer you will receive the Extra Allowance automatically when you top up. If you are an Existing Customer or a Switching Customer you will need to: opt into the Promotion by texting “BIG50” to “2424” prior to the expiry of the Promotion Period; and renew your Big Bundle within 30 days of opting in.

To be honest,  even with the added 50% I find o2's payandgo tariffs poor value for money. Good headsup though.

The Big Bundles have a lot of min and text with them i think these days people would be happy with less min and text and a extra few gigs of data

e.g

£10 = 100 min 500 text 2 gb of data

£15 = 200 min 800 text 4 gb of data

£20 = 300 min 1200 text 7gb of data

£30 = 500 min 2000 text 10 gb of data

If O2 did this they would gain a lot of payg cutomers

Also o2 need to look and the extra data bolt ons £10 for a one off 1gb of data is a joke,

I understood the offers were current until 3rd February which is why I renewed my contract in January. Still not a bad offer for sim only.

Just to claify, no, they don't directly, but Toby will, as said, feedback on customer comments where relevant.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
